Return Policy

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all approved, returned, non-custom, products if returned within 30 days from the original delivery date. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all approved, returned, non-custom, products if returned after 31 days and before 90 days. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

All custom work including custom laser-cut logos will be approved by the customer prior to initiation of the project. Therefore, there are no returns on products with a custom laser-cut logo or other custom design features.

Premier Site Furniture guarantees its site furniture products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three full years from the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover vandalism, man-made or natural disasters, lack of maintenance, accidents, negligence, or wear-and-tear due to public abuse. Premier Site Furniture will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized Premier Site Furniture service representative.
